Personalization is the name of the game.

Here are some common options and upgrades available.

ROOF PITCH

We offer 3 different roof pitches for our gable sheds, and lean-to style roofs.

Our standard pitch. 3/12.
A high pitch (5/12) that creates more room in the rafter area, (recommended for sheds with lofts) $0.50 per square foot.
A low pitch (2/12) that can help maximize wall and door height when working within HOA height restrictions.

DOORS AND WINDOWS

Our published prices include one single door up to 36" wide, and one window. Your purposes may require upgrading to a double door, and/or adding additional doors or windows, which we can put anywhere you wish.

Upgrade the included door to double doors - $200

ADDITIONAL DOORS OR WINDOWS

Double doors-$400 Single door-$250 Window-$175

TRANSOM WINDOWS

Add character and charm to your shed, and let in some light, with transom windows set in the doors. Transoms are a great way to have windows without giving up wall space.

$150/door

LOFTS AND SHELVES

You can only stack things so high. Adding a loft, workbench or shelves can greatly increase usable storage space.

$10-$20 per linear foot, depending on depth.

CUSTOM PAINT

The LP siding that we use is water and insect repellant. Paint is not necessary for protection, but is available if desired for aesthetics. We can do any color you choose.

PVC trim will always be white, but paintable trim is available. See below.

$4 per square foot ($200 minimum)

WALL HEIGHT

Standard interior wall height is 6.5'. Your needs may benefit from taller walls. 7' and 8' walls are available options.

7' walls - $3 per square foot

8' walls - $4 per square foot

HEAVY DUTY RAMP

Storing a riding mower or other wheeled equipment may require a ramp. We build them with pressure treated wood to withstand heavy loads.

RADIANT BARRIER

Radiant Barrier roof sheathing helps reduce the heat transfer through the roof.

PAINTED TRIM

I generally use PVC trim. It's a great product, nearly indestructable. It is white and doesn't hold paint well.

When painting the trim is important to you, I can do that with a composite trim product that is very weather resistant, and also paints very well. The trim, overhangs, and drip edge will be painted to match.
