Structure and Function
Interior Wall Height
This refers to the interior height of the lowest wall.
Standard interior wall height is 6.5'. 7' and 8' walls are available.
7' walls - $3 per square foot
8' walls - $4 per square foot
Shorter walls to meet HOA requirements are also available at no extra charge.
Doors and Windows
The listed prices include one single door, and one window.
You may want to upgrade to a double door, and/or have additional doors or windows, which we can put anywhere you wish.

Roof Pitch
We offer 3 different roof pitches for our gable sheds, and lean-to style roofs.

Our standard pitch is 3/12. (3 inches of rise for every 12 inches of run.)

High pitch is 5/12, which creates more room in the rafter area, (recommended for sheds with lofts) is $0.50 per square foot.

Low pitch is 2/12, which allows us to maximize wall and door height when working within HOA height restrictions.
Radiant Barrier
Radiant Barrier roof sheathing helps reduce the heat transfer through the roof.
$1 per square foot
Aesthetics
Custom Paint
Smartside is water- and insect-resistant, so painting isn't immediately necessary for protection. Custom paint is available in virtually any color you choose.
$4 per square foot.
Transom Windows
Add character and charm to your shed, and let in some light, with transom windows set in the doors. Transoms are a great way to have windows without giving up wall space. $150 each.
Painted Trim
I generally use white PVC trim because it's durable and nearly indestructible, but it doesn't hold paint well. If you prefer colored trim, I can use a weather-resistant composite trim that paints beautifully. $200
Solar Powered Sconce Lights
Add charm and function to your shed with solar powered lantern wall lights. One on each side of the door adds a lot of character to your shed.
$75 per pair.
Organization and Efficiency
Storage Tote Rack
Organize your belongings in durable storage totes, with built-in, easy-access racks.
Standard height walls can fit up to 5 totes vertically. (Depending on brand)
$75 per vertical column.
Lofts and Shelves
You can only stack things so high. Adding a loft, workbench or shelves can greatly increase usable storage space.
$10-$20 per linear foot, depending on depth.
Heavy Duty Ramp
Some stored equipment may require a ramp. We build them with pressure treated wood to withstand heavy loads. 4' - 6' Wide. $150-$250
