Standard Features

Concrete Footings
To build it right, you have to start it right.
Our sheds are leveled on concrete block footings.
Keeping the foundation from direct contact with the ground is essential for preventing wood rot.

Treated 2x6 Foundation
Every building needs a strong foundation.
(Sounds like a life lesson)
East Valley Sheds stand on pressure treated 2x6 joists, every 16", and 3/4" sanded plywood floors. Not OSB like the other guys.

2x4 Wall Construction
Our shed walls are expertly framed with top choice 2x4 wall studs, 24" oc. (16" on request)
Many shed companies skimp on these materials to cut costs.

LP Smartside Wall Panels
50 year rated, moisture resistant panels that are the industry Gold Standard.
Smartside is engineered for weather resistance and offers superior protection against the elements.
It is primed a natural tan color that can be painted as you wish, or stay as it is.

Zero Maintenance PVC Trim
Trim boards are almost always the first things to deteriorate on a shed. It's a remarkably durable trim product.
PVC trim is white and does not accept paint well.
Paintable LP Smart Trim is available and also a very good product.

30 Year Composite Shingles
We use Owens Corning Composite Shingles on all of our sheds.
Many builders us cheap 3-tab or even rolled roofing products.
You'll never regret having the best.
Available in multiple colors.

Roof Overhangs
We install overhangs and aluminum drip edge flashing on all sides of every shed. Many builders place trim boards flat at the top of the walls, allowing water to run down the side of the shed instead of dripping to the ground.

Locking Door Handles
Heavy duty, locking 'T' handles with two keys are standard equipment.
Gable Vents

Gable vents on both ends allow air circulation to keep it a bit cooler and prevent build up of moisture or fumes.

The Sweet Taste of Victory
A feeling of supreme satisfaction and confidence from knowing you've made a good choice comes standard with all East Valley Sheds.
